About us – Accademia dei Piccoli preschool
A passion for Italy that we want to share with the youngest
Our bilingual preschool in Kabaty, Accademia Dei Piccoli, was born of a great passion for Italy – its culture, atmosphere and climate, its cuisine and Rome, where the owners lived for many years and got to know first-hand how Italian preschools based on the Reggio Emilia approach work.
The wish to bring this to Poland came true in September 2017, when Accademia Dei Piccoli opened its doors. We welcome to our little kingdom all children who want to spend their preschool years in an unforgettable way, in a unique place inspired by Italy.

Our mission
The child is always at the centre of our attention
We welcome children aged 2.5 to 6. Our preschool has 3 age groups of up to 15 children each, who discover the world around them through play and activities in Polish, English and Italian. Each group is looked after by 2 experienced teachers.
We place special emphasis on healthy eating habits: our menu was designed by an experienced dietitian and reflects healthy Mediterranean cuisine, and all meals are prepared on site in our own kitchen from very high-quality Italian and Polish ingredients.
Our team
Our greatest asset is the people who create a friendly and creative environment for children every day.

In her work she values creativity, kindness and building relationships based on mutual support. In her free time she loves Italian culture, personal development, gardening and dance.

Teacher
A graduate in early primary education and education management. In her work with children she cares above all about their all-round development. Overcoming obstacles together and seeing the children gain new experiences and skills every day gives her great satisfaction. She spends her free time actively and hopes to pass this on to the youngest generation.

For more than 10 years she has been helping children discover themselves, their emotions and their needs.
Her work is guided by authenticity, mindfulness and respect — the foundation for building safe, meaningful relationships.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in special education and a master’s degree in early primary and preschool education. She has also completed postgraduate studies in sensory integration and works as an SI therapist.
Every day she accompanies children in their development, listening carefully and supporting their individual needs.

She follows each child – their needs, interests and pace – while giving them room for independence and decision-making. She works in the spirit of alternative education and is especially fond of the project method and outdoor education. She is happy to try less obvious solutions and ideas that arise spontaneously from the children. She brings lots of positive energy and her smile is contagious for children and adults alike.

In her sessions she tries to give children space to be themselves, to be listened to, and to discover their needs and strengths.
