Enrolment

Enrolment at Accademia dei Piccoli is open all year round — there is no single deadline after which we close applications. We welcome children aged 2.5 to 6 into three age groups, each with a maximum of 15 children.

Availability of places

We admit children as places become available in each age group. The quickest way to check the current situation is by phone: +48 606 125 126 or by email: kontakt@piccoli.pl. You can also send an application using the form below — we will get back to you with information about available places.

How enrolment works — step by step

  1. Contact — call, write or fill in the application form.
  2. Visit to the preschool — we invite you to a meeting: we will show you the rooms, the atelier and the garden, you will meet the teachers and can ask all your questions. Open days are announced on Facebook and on our Google Business Profile.
  3. Confirmation of a place and formalities — after the visit we will let you know about the available place and the next steps.
  4. Settling in — for the first few days a parent stays with the child in the room, and we gradually extend the time apart at the child’s own pace. Read more in our article Settling in at preschool — how to help your child.

Which languages are used?

  • Polish — the language of everyday communication.
  • Italian — present throughout the day: at mealtimes, in play, in songs and Italian traditions, with our teachers from Italy.
  • English — daily activities with our English teacher.

Your child does not need to know Italian or English before joining — most children start with us without any knowledge of these languages.

Opening hours and meals

The preschool is open Monday to Friday, 7:30–17:30. We cook on site, in our own kitchen, in the spirit of Mediterranean cuisine. Special diets and allergies are handled individually — please let us know about them when enrolling. More on the Meals page.
